Online Sports Registration
Directions:
- Go the the the link https://bordentown-ar.rschooltoday.com
- Please download your Pre-Participation Physical Form and take this form to the physical appointment for the parent and physician to compete. Once complete, bring in the physical forms in the original into the nurse. ORIGINAL forms will only be accepted.
- Click onto the Athletic Team Registration Icon to begin the registration process.
- If you have an error message that states "Student ID does not exist" please contact me to let me know. I will need to add your student in the system before you can register him or her. This usually happens if your child is an incoming 6th grader or has never tried out for a sport before.
**Please understand that if the physical form is not turned in by the posted deadline above, we cannot guarantee that the student will be cleared for try-outs.**
Sports physicals are good one year from the date of the examination. Physicals must be completed and signed on the New Jersey Department of Education Annual Athletic Pre-Participation Physical Examination Form. Physical forms are available in the nurse’s office and under the "Health Office forms" tab to the right of this page.
****Physical Examinations - IMPORTANT UPDATE BELOW:****
NEW ATHLETIC FORMS NOW IN USE - Starting July 1, 2024, old physical packets will NO LONGER be accepted. Please DO NOT submit the old physical packet after July 1, 2024. They will not be accepted and you will be required to have your physician complete the new ones. This will increase the time needed for final clearance. The form can be found below and on Health Services page under the "Health Office Forms" tab.
For each sport a student wishes to try out for they must complete the online registration granting them permission to compete in that sport. If the student has a current physical on file they will need to have the "Health History Questionnaire" form filled out and turned in. These forms are also available on our website under the "Athletic Home" tab as well as through Mrs. Mathews, school nurse. Completed forms must be turned into Mrs. Mathews for all seasons.
It is very important to complete this obligation or participation (including try-outs) will not be allowed.
