Getting to know Mr. Ebert!

Hello Bobcats! Thank you for visiting my webpage. 

 

I am exciting to begin my seventh year of teaching here at BRMS and fourth overall. As a graduate of Temple University in 2010 I had the unique pleasure of receiving a dual degree in Secondary Education and History in one of the most historical cities in the United States; Philadelphia. Frequent excursions to Independence Hall, the Constitution Center, and the Museum of Art are just the beginning of a number of historical sites located in a place I feel extremely connected to and call home.

 

Additionally, a passion for learning history has pushed me to pursue my interest in learning about the world both past and present. I have been fortunate enough to visit a few foreign countries that we will learn about this year including England, Italy, France, and Brazil and see just how incredible history and culture can really be.

 

Some of my biggest hobbies outside the classroom include cooking, soccer, football, and photography. In 2013, I received my Master's degree from LaSalle University, also located in Philadelphia, in Special Education. Whether it be about my experiences local or abroad do not hesitate to share your experiences with me! I am eager to learn about you and build a special relationship that fosters some tremendous gains in the classroom this year.
