Grading Policy

Students’ grades will be computed as follows:

Major Tests/Quizzes                                        50%

Student Project                                               20%

Homework                                                      10%

Classwork and Class Participation                  20%

Regular assessment of what you have learned is very important.  Therefore, expect a test or quiz at the end of each week.

One major student project will be assigned each marking period.  Homework will be assigned four times a week (Monday through Thursday).

Class participation is essential in this course.  Failure to participate in group assignments will result in the reduction of your class participation grade
